The Intermediate Years Programme (MYP) challenge students to go further - in school, personally, and globally.
From 7th Grade through 1st year Baccalaureate, students study more complex subjects, take part in projects that link different areas of learning, and complete the Personal Project, exploring a topic they are passionate about, using research and self-management skills, and showing how they’ve grown.
In the first two years of the MYP, students engage in a broad curriculum that develops critical thinking, creativity, and a global perspective:
In the following years, students continue with the MYP subjects, building on prior knowledge with increasing complexity and engaging in interdisciplinary projects.
Each student completes the Personal Project in the final MYP year, independently exploring a topic they are passionate about.
They research, create a product or outcome, and reflect on their learning, applying skills such as self-management, research, and critical thinking while demonstrating personal growth and academic independence.
After the MYP, students transition into the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and choose a specialized pathway for 2nd and 3rd year Baccalaureate, shaping their learning around their interests while maintaining a broad foundation. These pathways equip students to succeed in higher education and beyond.
All IB students complete three core components designed to stretch thinking, build independence, and foster real-world skills:
Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) Students design and lead their own projects, from creative initiatives to community impact, applying learning in meaningful, real-world contexts.
Students select one subject from each group, combining academic challenge with real-world application:
Students develop skills in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, preparing for advanced study and real-world problem solving:
Students develop creativity, critical thinking, and cultural literacy through a focus on literature, history, and the social sciences:
Students develop management skills and real-world problem-solving abilities through the study of economics, business, and leadership:
