Our Terranova Guardians program provides a caring framework that helps new students and families settle in, build confidence, and feel part of the school community.
Each student is paired with a Pack Ally, a peer who supports them in class, during recess, and with daily routines, helping them feel included and confident.
Each family is also welcomed by a Tiger Family, who guides them through school procedures and encourages participation in community events. Regular Happy Terra Calls celebrate milestones, answer questions, and keep families connected to the school community.
As learners grow, they step into roles as Little, Guide, and Ambassador Guardians, developing empathy, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging - bringing the Terranova spirit to life: no one walks alone.

Our peer circles bring students together in supportive small groups, where every voice is valued. By sharing experiences and listening to one another, students build empathy, strengthen teamwork, and learn to communicate with respect and confidence. When extra guidance is needed, trained facilitators help students explore different perspectives and negotiate fairly.
