Video Surveillance Policy

 

The safety and well-being of our community are a priority. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, our campus is equipped with a video surveillance system that operates continuously. Our Video Surveillance Policy details the purposes of the system, the areas under monitoring, the legal basis for processing, image retention periods, the security measures adopted, and the rights of individuals captured by the cameras.

Forms to Exercise Your Rights

The Organic Law on Personal Data Protection (LOPDP) grants you a number of rights regarding your personal data. You may exercise these rights free of charge and through a simple process using the forms below. Colegio Terranova will process your request in accordance with the procedures established by law.

  • Rectification and Updating: Request the correction or updating of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
  • Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal data when applicable under the law.
